Quality control

Helios Orange has expanded with new quality management agendas. Specifically, there are 7 separate modules that can be expanded to your installation. Below is a brief description of the individual agendas.

Complaint

From the agenda you can arrange and realize the necessary orders for spare items needed to solve the claim, including the realization of the necessary documents (Complaint Confirmation, Complaint Protocol, Step Diagram of Defects Remedies, etc.).

Managing gauges

Records, monitoring and planning of gauges. Support time control frequency, but also controls after a certain number of uses. Support for the demonstration of ensuring the handling of meters pursuant to the Act on Metrology, no.505 / 90.

Monitoring the cost of individual gauges, gauge holders, the required data accessible from one location.

Maintenance of machinery and equipment

Creating a maintenance plan ensures that all maintenance is secured in time and to the extent necessary.

It is possible to find out which worker and maintenance he carried out and, of course, what spare parts he needed (the material consumption plan can also be prepared in advance).

Audit management, disagreement

The organization’s management has an overview of all planned and implemented audits and related tasks / measures from these audits.

Internal and external audits (customer, supplier, certification) can be included in the records.

Bidding and bidding

The management of the offer-demand process enables the user to readily check the status at any time and, above all, to quickly evaluate the best possible option.

It supports the rapid tracing of complete historical information, including related selection choices, and allows fast tracking of similar cases.

The aim is therefore to improve the monitoring and management of the business case to the level of evaluation of individual workers.

Relations with business partners

The aim is to provide information on the behavior / quality of individual suppliers and customers.

These are information that can be automati- cally evaluated from the IS (payment morale, adherence to delivery dates, etc.) as well as information that depends on individual users’ feelings (pleasant behavior, willingness, …).

The goal is continuous collection of information, uniform records according to predefined

Controlled documentation

Many types of documents require their status to be processed.

The “Managed Documentation” Agenda offers the ability to assign individual statuses to specific documents and to ensure their release, including a note discussion of the entire document or its parts.
